Spinach Artichoke dip

1 can canneloni or white beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz silken tofu, drained or
1/2 cup almond milk (add more or less tor the right consistency)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp vinegar (any kind)
2 med-large garlic cloves or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt, or to taste (you could use celery salt and omit the celery seeds)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper or black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 can 12 oz Artichoke hearts, drained
1-1/2 cups frozen, thawed spinach, (or 2 cups, tightly packed fresh spinach)

Put everything in the food processor, but add the spinach and artichokes last so that they are not pulverized.

This recipe is based on Eat Plant Based recipe but I have changed it for my tastes and added a few more ingredients. I like to use this in wraps and open faced sandwiches with fresh veggies like cucumbers, red peppers...
